Trauma Specialist

Tired of having to work really hard just to "be ok?" Living with the effects of trauma is exhausting. One minute you are anxious and on edge and the next you are exhausted and depressed. I work together with my clients to identify the root cause of their symptoms, develop tools for healing the nervous system, and create a plan for feeling better. I also specialize in helping people recover from the painful effects of relational trauma.

About Me

 My own journey in life has ignited a passion in me to become a great therapist. I know what it’s like to wake up each day feeling happy and hopeful for the day ahead. However, I have also experienced dark days where it’s difficult to even hold hope that it will get better. I know the disappointment of meeting with a therapist and it not being as helpful as I hoped. However, I’ve also experienced the healing transformation that can take place when therapy goes well. This experience has led me to get advanced training in many evidence-based treatment methods so that our time together can be worthwhile. There is so much healing and growth that can take place in therapy and it’s one of my greatest joys to be on that journey with my clients!
